Hello! Welcome to my site.

(and no, this isn't me, but after 8 hours in front of my computer monitor there could be a striking resemblance!)

My name is Sue, and this site is dedicated to helping YOU achieve deep, restful, regular sleep, so that you can live your best life!

I'm totally committed to providing my visitors with all the information, tips, advice, statistics and research that they need to achieve this goal.
